Concrete hull KTA
The manufactured compact substations with a reinforced concrete body are intended for both indoor and outdoor service with one or more transformers. These bodies are made of one or more parts. The bodies of all off-site compact substations are a reinforced concrete structure consisting of a monolithic functional module and a removable roof. The functional module is the part of the KTA that houses all the main hardware. Most of the internal crew KTA bodies consist of several parts – a monolithic reinforced concrete functional module with a removable roof and a monolithic reinforced concrete base. B35 concrete and steel reinforcement are used to make the casings. Door leaves, blinds and other metal elements are made of galvanized steel and coated with polymer coating using the powder technology method.

KTA of the metal body
The manufactured compact substations with metal housings are intended for external service. The body of these KTA consists of a base and wall panels and doors mounted on it. The roof of the substation is removable. Wall panels, doors and roof are made of galvanized steel and coated with powder technology method with polymer coating. The base can be a monolithic reinforced concrete bath, a reinforced concrete slab or a hot-dip galvanized steel profile frame.
